We are seeking a Legal Recruiting Assistant to join our Legal Recruiting team in the New York office. The Legal Recruiting Assistant will provide administrative support to the Legal Recruiting Coordinators, and the Legal Recruiting Manager.
This position provides marketing support (pitch preparation, events and seminars, directory and awards submissions, database maintenance, market research, etc.) to transactional practice groups, with oversight from the Marketing and Business Development Manager.
This position will work out of Milbank's NYC office in a hybrid capacity.
Own firmwide expense analytics and budget administration, delivering clear, decision-ready insights for senior management. The role focuses on expense management, cost control, budgeting, and variance analysis across departments and regions. This position partners closely with global stakeholders, supports the close and reporting cycles, and contributes to continuous improvement of financial processes. Revenue analytics are not included in this role.
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000, commensurate on experience.

This role is responsible for developing and managing knowledge resources, streamlining workflows, and ensuring attorneys have access to the latest insights, and best practices in Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance law.
This is a technical position where this person will manage, provide technical support, implement, maintain and troubleshoot all security products used by the Firm. They must have significant hands-on experience with security technologies and solutions. They will also perform daily investigation of security incidents, security assessments and audits.
