The Communications Manager is responsible for a range of Firm communications as well as external branding and content strategies, marketing collateral, client communications, website and social media, employing a range of communication channels and tools. The manager collaborates with various departments across the Firm. A creative strong writer and thoughtful marketer, the candidate will support Firm initiatives and culture by creating a consistent Firm voice, implementing and managing awareness campaigns and providing counsel on graphics and multimedia to support effective storytelling.
This position requires very strong writing and editing capabilities, an understanding of branding and content strategy, and the ability to work comfortably with senior partners of the firm.
The Director of HRIS and Compliance plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining a strategic global HR systems roadmap for Milbank. The incumbent has overall responsibility for the management and oversight of the Firm’s HR related systems. This role is responsible for driving HR system project implementation, project prioritization and providing input into Milbank’s overall Human Resources Systems architecture strategy and planning. Oversees all HR systems (including Workday, LawCruit, viDestop, viRecruit, iCIMS, Apply4Law) and other systems utilized regionally. Works to consolidate systems as appropriate.
This role will lead efforts in developing dashboard metrics and reporting enabling our leadership team to utilize the HR metrics in support of business decisions. This individual will lead complex HR systems projects and enhancements, while functioning as an internal consultant to provide HR systems expertise and knowledge to business process owners and systems users.
Working closely with IT and regional HR teams maintains effective HR systems across all regions, including evaluating system changes and supporting with new enhancements and releases as required. Leads the HRIS team in collaboration with the HR Systems Manager.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Business Development, the Business Development Program Manager will have one direct report. This position primarily supports the business development and marketing activities for the firm’s Corporate, Tax and Employee Benefits practice groups and will work closely with the Practice Group Leaders (PGL's) to execute the group’s business development and marketing goals. The Business Development Program Manager will support other practice groups when needed.
Reporting to the Legal Assistant Manager, this position provides legal assistant support to the attorneys in a particular practice area.
